Innovation platform
test line
The introduction of the international first-line simulation full-process carbon fiber test line can be used for independent tests, and continuous product development, process optimization and other research and development innovations.
Research Institute of Carbon Fiber and Composite Materials
In accordance with the layout requirements of "innovation leading + coordinated development of the whole industry chain", we will jointly establish a carbon fiber and composite material research institute with well-known domestic universities and institutes to create a national R&D innovation platform.

Smart factory
The main equipment is purchased from first-class equipment suppliers in Germany, Britain, Italy, Japan, etc. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high control precision, high production efficiency, safety and stability, and effectively guarantees product quality.
With the production scheduling center as the "brain" of the smart factory, the precise operation and intelligent management of production equipment are realized through the DCS control room of each unit.

Quality Assurance
The company has established a complete testing system, has advanced testing equipment, and has the ability to provide customers with polymers, precursors, carbon fibers, resins and other products for physical and chemical and performance index testing services.
